COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Lynn has broad and intensive experience to add to a client’s team when handling commercial and industrial real estate transactions. In working with a client’s other professionals during due diligence, she will guide you and address your unique scope of issues to bring the purchase, sale or financing to a successful conclusion.
RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE
Whether your property is your primary or vacation residence or an investment property, for many years, Lynn has represented purchasers and sellers of single-family homes and multi-family properties. You will receive prompt and knowledgeable assistance during the attorney review period, inspections contingencies, and throughout the closing process.
LLC'S & CORPORATIONS
From the formation of a closely-held business through its dissolution or transfer, Lynn will provide you with insightful legal advice on a wide range of small business matters. She is skilled at drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and various other governing documents and contracts. If you are purchasing an existing business or selling a home-grown one, the details of your transaction will be competently handled.
LAND USE
If you need representation for a subdivision or site plan, help with a variance application for a single lot, preparation of an easement or boundary line agreement, or the creation of a homeowners association, Lynn is eager to work through these and other land use challenges with you.
ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
The loss of a loved one is a difficult time. With the assistance of a compassionate and knowledgeable attorney, an Executor’s stress over the administration of a decedent’s Estate can be relieved. Lynn will guide you through probate, proper handling and distribution of assets, appropriate filings, and closing an Estate.
WILL PREPARATION
One of the most important documents a person should have is a Will. A durable Power of Attorney and a Health Care Directive are significant as well. Lynn will prepare these valuable documents to accurately reflect your wishes.
EXPERIENCE
Lynn received her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, with Tax Honors, and her B.A. degree, with High Honors, from Douglass College. She is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey State, Pennsylvania and Mercer County Bar Associations, and is also a long-time member of CREW Network.
She has been a dedicated volunteer for Womanspace, Inc., and served on its Board of Trustees for six years. Prior thereto, Lynn was on the Board of Trustees of the Trenton YWCA for many years and held the office of Board Secretary. She held the offices of Board Secretary and Vice President for Programming on the State Board of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, and held the offices of Board Secretary, President-Elect and President of the Mercer Chapter of NJAWBO. Lynn is currently a volunteer for The Fisherman’s Mark in Lambertville.
Lynn has presented seminars and workshops in the areas of business formation, real estate, land use business planning, negotiable instruments, and legal writing, and has been a speaker on small business issues for Trenton Small Business Week, the Small Business Development Center, SCORE, and NJAWBO’s former Women’s Business Center. Lynn has also presented seminars sponsored by National Business Institute.

Lynn Blessing McDougall, Esq., began her law practice in April of 2003 in the Towne Center area of Robbinsville, NJ. After a dozen successful years in Mercer County, she relocated her law office to her home town of Lambertville, in Hunterdon County, NJ.
With over 25 years of experience as an attorney, Lynn has developed a diverse client base of businesses and individuals. She has represented real estate developers, holding and management companies, closely-held businesses, non-profit corporations, and individuals in various capacities including executors of a decedent’s estate. Clients speak directly with Lynn and receive timely attention with accommodations for clients’ scheduling needs.
